Centacare Social Support Group , Focus on developing, maintaining and supporting social connection and independence in a easy-going homelike environment . The Social Wellbeing Hub is a small centre with a friendly and highly professional team, located at Holloways Beach.
Morning tea and light home cooked lunch is provided including special dietary requirement's that may be required. We offer a range of activities daily and update our program monthly which include excursions, exercise and movement, gardening, craft , special theme day, music, trivia , arts and crafts and a men's workshop .
Our team also specialises in providing dementia care and support to our clients and carers in consultation with Dementia Advisory Groups.
