Mercy Care Centre Young is a trusted not-for-profit provider with a strong history within the Hilltops region. Our mission to “care first” guides every aspect of our service. Our experienced team delivers personalised care to support you to live independently and safely within your home. In additional to CHSP funded occupational therapy, Mercy Care Centre Young offers Medicare funded services including community nursing, speech pathology and social work. Additionally, we offered Medicare funded physiotherapy including groups and programs such as “Stepping On”. Our diversional therapy team is also available to support you including Hennessy Recreational Therapy Centre.
