Our Home Modifications Project Officers / Project managers can work with service users, families, carers and therapists to assess, design and modify a space to ensure it is promotes independence and the safety for all of those involved. Our Home Modifications Project Officers have vast knowledge and experience of the legal requirements for modifications within the home environment and will support with completing all relevant drawings and scope of works for builders. Therapy Focus can also support you to engage contractors to complete simple works within your home such as grab rails and ramps. In many cases however it will be recommended that advice be sought through an allied health professional (most commonly an Occupational Therapist) to provide recommendations regarding the work to be completed.
