These are very large spacious rooms which give the resident significant scope to individualise the room with their own personal furnishings and belongings. Within these rooms you can easily accommodate space for a sitting area or dining setting to share with visitors. There is ample personal space for storage including large built-in wardrobes and cupboard space. There is space for personal kitchen items e.g. bar fridge, and microwave. A feature of these rooms is the wonderful views of the Derwent River or private access to attractive landscaped gardens.

Each room has a built-in wardrobe and over-bed table with space for personal furniture. There is a secure cupboard for storage of personal items.
