Harbison provides evidence-based Allied Health and Therapy services under the CHSP, supporting wellness, reablement and independence with a strong focus on dementia and Parkinson’s care. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Psychology, Dietetics and specialised therapeutic programs are delivered by qualified practitioners. All services are delivered using a wellness, reablement and goal-focused approach. Appointments are available at our Bowral clinic, in the participant’s home or via telehealth (where clinically appropriate). Service availability (in-home, clinic, telehealth) may vary by practitioner and will be communicated during booking. Wait times may vary depending on referral demand and referrers can contact Harbison Community Services for appointment scheduling, telehealth support, in-home visit requests or waitlist updates. Referrals in SouthwestSydney outside of in-home service delivery area have the option of Telehealth or in clinic attendance
