Meals on Wheels Winton
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our volunteers deliver meals 7 days per week to the township of Winton. Meals are prepared fresh by our local hospital and can cater for individual dietary needs via negotiation. Clients are offered a weekly menu to choose from and are able to easily change delivery days for upcoming appointments etc.
Our volunteers will check in with our clients to ensure they have all the support they need. Deliveries are made between 11:30am and 1pm.
