Peninsula Health Exercise Physiology
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
This service is for people who need to exercise and make changes to their lifestyle and to help prevent and manage long term health conditions. Your exercise physiologist will talk with you about your condition in order to provide an exercise program that is safe for you to follow and will help you to achieve your goals. They will show you how to exercise safely, review your progress regularly and update your program as you need. Your exercise physiologist will also help you learn how to manage your condition and exercise independently for the long term. This service is provided at Frankston, Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud Community Health Centers.
