Our Overnight Respite Cottages offer relaxing days of flexible activities in our cottage or out and about in the community. The service is aimed at older people who enjoy visiting interesting destinations, participating in memory enhancing activities, exercise, dancing, games, friendly interest groups and spending time in the company of others. Our programs also offer tailored activities to suit diversified needs with a special focus on providing meaningful engagement for those living with dementia. Our cottage environments are comfortable, safe, warm, friendly, and supportive for people living with dementia. We take a holistic and personalised approach to the support offered which includes pastoral care and a number of therapies such as: art therapy, music, exercise groups, reminiscing and cognitive stimulation games. We provide delicious meals at the cottage and transport as required.
