This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Transport (in a group - via community buses - only) for shopping, banking and bill paying is provided via community buses which are stationed at the community centres located at Aldgate and Gumeracha. The buses run on designated weekly / fortnightly runs to various local shopping centres. Places on trips are subject to need, availability and capacity to independently mobilize. (If clients are needing to access medical transport to visits in the city - referrals need to be sent to ‘Community Passenger Network (District Council of Mount Barker)' not this (Adelaide Hills Council) service.
