Due to extremely high demand there is currently only waitlist availability for this subsidised/funded services **At all times priority for subsidised services is given to clients who are financially or socially disadvantaged, who do not have the capacity to pay for private services, those who have no able bodied family to assist and those who have recently been discharged after an operation / procedure** Domestic Assistance - service time is up to 1.5 hrs per f/n (for larger homes, units or smaller homes are generally referred for 1hr per f/n). Assistance can include - floors vacuuming / mopping), cleaning of bathrooms / toilets, changing sheets or hanging out heavy laundry. Spring Cleaning - this service type is available for clients who aren’t accessing ongoing domestic assistance but need sporadic help doing a bigger/heavier clean - service time is generally one 3 hour block.
