The 30 rooms of the facility are set around delightful courtyards, offering a high level of comfort and amenity to all residents. All rooms (28 square metres) have ensuites (6 square metres) and views across the gardens. Each room is provided with fans, heaters, telephone and television points. All single bedrooms rooms include built-in robes and are furnished with an electric high/low bed in each room. Floors are either carpeted or covered with a cushioned, non-slip vinyl. Ensuites include shower, vanity unit, toilet and grab rails, and are tiled. A nurse call device is located in both the bedroom and ensuite bathroom for residents' safety. All rooms have fire sprinklers. All rooms have a view of either Rocky Hill, gardens, lawn areas, courtyards or street view with beautiful trees.

Service costs

Aged care homes are required to provide care and services as outlined in the Aged Care Service List within the Aged Care Rule. This includes help with everyday living tasks, as well as clinical and non-clinical care. These services are paid for or supplemented in different ways. Support for your daily living

Support for your daily living is paid by your basic daily fee and the government hotelling supplement. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may pay some or all of the hotelling supplement as a hotelling contribution. Estimate what you'll need to pay.

Clinical and non-clinical care
