This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Provision of community transport regionally and to the metropolitan area for appointments and other needs if the client has no other transport options (provided to residents of the Mount Barker District Council, Adelaide Hills Council and the Strathalbyn area of Alexandrina Council). Local transport and Shopping Shuttle provided in the Mount Barker District Council only.
'Get on Board' Travel Companion Service provides a volunteer travel companion to accompany eligible clients on a public transport journey and explain how to use public transport.
