This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Community Nursing provides nursing care for people with: - A chronic illness who need care, intervention and maintenance - Chronic leg ulcers, requiring dressings - Continence problems, including catheter changes. Community Nursing is unable to provide personal care, such as bathing and showering. Services are provided at Lawson Community Health Centre or, by negotiation, in clients’ homes. Services are provided by qualified registered nurses and enrolled nurses, supported by nursing specialists.
