Camden Meals On Wheels Food Service
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Camden Meals on Wheels is funded under the CHSP which provides services to the local community.
We offer a variety of nutritious main meals in two sizes regular or mini, soups, breakfast, deserts, juices, with the added options of pureed or chopped ready to eat (hot), cool or frozen, delivered to your door, by one of a dedicated volunteers.
Additionally we are dedicated to our community programs such as;
Little Community Cafe (LCCC) held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, a place to come eat lunch or morning tea, socialise and form strong friendships.
Meals Mates is a Camden Meals on Wheel initiative, which allows our clients to have lunch in their own homes with one of our amazing volunteers for over an hour.
We take pride in our high standard of meals, services and the support we give to the valued people in our community. We can also offer transport (conditions apply)
