This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our service aims to provide our clients with choice.
We offer chilled or frozen meals, delivered to your home from Monday to Friday. Our volunteers will happily assist you in heating your meal, should you require assistance. Our service is flexible to meet your needs.
You may choose from a wide variety of mini meals, main meals, pureed meals, soups, desserts and fresh fruit.
Our menu is designed to assist you to make an informed decision about your meal choice.
We provide approx. 85 menu items. Of these, 35 are gluten free tested and 45 are low salt. Each item on the menu also discloses vital information regarding the 9 most common allergens.
Steps program
Our service also provide a short term emergency pet support. This program supports our clients during a period of hospitalisation by feeding and walking their pet.
