This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
A Volunteer transport service is available to residents of the City of Manningham living in their own homes (including a unit in a Retirement Village) or in a Supported Residential facility to assist them to attend appointments at Clinic. Transport is available to frail older people or people with a disability who find it hard to use public transport and do not have access to other forms of transport such as family members or friends.
