If referring to both Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy, please generate 2 referrals. One per service. Referrals are not able to be accepted for both services on the one referral.
Physiotherapy: High Priority referrals up to 3 - 4 weeks, Low priority up to 1 - 3 months. Falls Prevention 3 - 6 months.
Occupational therapy: Palliative care clients only please. High Priority: 30 days, Medium Priority 3 months, Low Priority: 9 months.
