Diabetes Education service provides personalised education and support to people living with diabetes to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
The Diabetes Education Nurse can setup and provide ongoing support and education for eligible clients wishing to utilise Continuous Glucose Monitoring technology with either Freestyle Libre 2 or Dexcom G6. Family members, friends, carers and or partners of people living with diabetes are welcome to attend the clinic.
