Getting out of the house and enjoying time with others is a vital part of staying happy and healthy at any age. Baptcare helps older people who live at home, connect with others and enjoy a broad range of activities. Our range of programs in our Social Support Groups can help you keep active, explore your interests, and make and maintain friendships.
Our variety of programs include activities that celebrate cultural and linguistic differences and we can also assist with medication administration and personal care requirements. We encourage client engagement through outings to places of interest, restaurants, markets, museums, picnics, movies, gardens, shopping and musical entertainment. Our site in Sunshine (Westhaven) operates 2 days a week (Tues & Thurs) including evenings occasionally and a Saturday lunch group.
