Northern Health CHSP allied health services aim to enhance the independence of frail aged people living in the community. These services specialise in the management of clients presenting with: - Chronic or progressive neurological conditions such as Motor Neuron Disease, MS, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke - Falls, mobility and balance issues - Chronic Pain - Dementia - Chronic disease management - including pulmonary disease, diabetes - Malnutrition risk and weight management - Continence Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health) Our team is based at Northern Health Bundoora and Broadmeadows campuses and can provide services either at our centre, via telehealth, or at your home, based on your goals for care. Services available include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology and Podiatry. Group-based therapy is also offered, including groups focusing on improving Osteoarthritis pain, Pulmonary Rehab, and falls prevention.
