City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters - Home Support Program
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Provides shopping transport services to local shopping centres ie Norwood, Marden, Avenues, Firle Plaza. These services are door to door and form part of a continuum of shopping assistance services provided by the Council. The services can cater for clients who can access the Community Bus ( weekly service) to those who need to be transported to their shopping centre in a Motor Vehicle. Social Support ( escorted shopping) is also available for those who require assistance completing their shopping. Transport ( and the Social Support component) provided in the Car Service is delivered by a Community Support Officer. This service is available on a fortnightly basis.
