UNITED Spanish Latin American Welfare Centre provides weekly Social Support Groups to older people from the Spanish speaking community of Victoria. These culturally appropriate structured groups provide an opportunity to meet new people, socialize, connect and participate in activities which promote independence and well being, including gentle physical exercise, crafts, dance, cognitive activities, cultural celebrations, and outings.
