Meals on Wheels Central Coast (MOWCC) deliver a large range of nutritious meals to the homes of our clients everyday across the working week (except Thursday). We provide a variety of soups, breakfast, snacks, mini meals, main meals, desserts and juice. We can also cater for multicultural, modified and special diets. Meals are delivered by volunteers between 9am - 12.00 on delivery days. MOWCC co-ordinate Community Restaurants which are a fun social day where great friendships are created and a two course meal is provided with morning tea. Games, entertainment and guest speakers keep the days interesting. Transport can be provided and all participants must have self care ability.
