This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Transport Services Transport is provided by our volunteer drivers and is subject to availability. This service is available to clients who have limited access to transport options, with priority given to essential appointments such as medical and shopping needs. Where no other transport options are available, subsidised taxi vouchers may be considered. We aim to support transport to a range of appointments and activities, including: Hospital visits Medical and specialist appointments Allied health services Social support programs Personal appointments (e.g. hairdressers) Community groups and clubs Cemetery visits Shopping centres Clients accessing this service must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently, without physical assistance from the driver.
