Boonah District Meals On Wheels
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Provides, without discrimination, a nutritious 3 course meal plus juice to frail people who live in the community and whose capacity for independent living is at risk. A mid day meal is able to be delivered 5 days a week Monday - Friday. Clients can choose the days they require a meal and the number of meals. The service does not provide frozen meals.
