This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
BASScare Dementia Services offer welcoming, secure and homely environments where a range of programs designed to cater for people with confusion and memory loss still living at home. Outings and on-site activities aimed at maintaining skills and giving carers a vital break are conducted daily 6 days per week. They are designed to suit the abilities of people with mild, moderate and severe dementia. Our primary programs include: planned activity groups, Maranoa carer’s group. Opening soon – The Maranoa Club is a caring community for people living with dementia or memory loss and their carers. We offer activities based on the abilities and interests of individuals in a safe, homely environment. Keep your loved ones social, active and engaged.
