Our volunteers deliver Fresh Hot Meals, Fresh Chilled Meals, Fresh Salads, and Frozen Meals five days a week, Monday to Friday. Weekend meals can be delivered on Fridays if required. All meals are prepared onsite in our kitchen by our chef. We cater to dietary and texture-modified requirements for our Fresh Hot, Fresh Chilled, and Salad meal options. Frozen meals are prepared in bulk and cannot be modified to meet specific dietary or texture requirements. Clients can choose how often they receive meals and can easily adjust delivery days to accommodate appointments or other commitments. Our volunteers also check in with clients during deliveries to ensure they have the support they need. Fresh meal deliveries are made between 10:45am and 12:45pm, Monday to Friday. Frozen meal deliveries are made between 10:15am and 12:15pm, Monday to Friday.
