Carer and Community Support
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Maintaining a safe and manageable garden is a strong focus at Carer and Community Support. We work with our clients to support with lawn mowing, seasonal trimming, and basic weeding. This monthly service can be split up throughout the year to allow for wet and dry seasons and is designed to allow clients to remain active in their garden in between visits. Please note, we can only provide a maximum of 12 hours per year, per household.
