Getting all your services from one provider
Under the new Aged Care Act, you'll need to access all your Support at Home services from a single provider. When choosing a provider, it's important to consider whether it offers all of the services you need.
Services
ACH Group Health & Wellbeing offers home care services through both the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . You will only be eligible for services under one program—your assessment outcome will outline which program you have been approved for.
Commonwealth Home Support Program services
Equipment and products

Walkers, shower chairs, and other equipment to help you with daily activities. 

Equipment and products services include:
Communication and information management products, Managing body functions, Mobility products, Self-care products

Allied health and therapy

Healthcare professionals who prevent, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate people such as podiatrists and physiotherapists. 

Allied health and therapy services include:
Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Social work, Exercise physiology, Occupational therapy
