Life Care aims to promote and encourage active ageing. To support this, we have established Life Care Active - the only allied health & fitness centre for men and women 55+ in Adelaide. Life Care Active provides a range of specialist allied health services and individual and group fitness programs. We are not a gym or a fitness studio offering a ‘one size fits all’ approach. This unique combination of onsite health service practitioners and fitness professionals, ensures that your treatment complements your fitness or movement program to enhance flexibility, strength and overall good health to be ‘active’ every day. By specialising and focusing on people 55+, we can make sure our programs and health services are appropriate, targeted and relevant to your needs, at your stage of life.
