Prospect Community Support
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
**NO DIRECT DRIVER/SUPPORT** Prospect Community Support may assist with contributing towards allocated taxi vouchers for up to four (4) return trips (per annum) to one-off local SPECIALIST APPOINTMENTS ONLY (not available for GP/Allied Health etc appointments). Taxi Vouchers (CabCharge) are provided, with a limit of $30 per trip (should a taxi fare exceed the value of the $30 voucher, the fare balance is to be paid by clients to the driver on the day as the 'client contribution' for the service). It is the responsibility of the client to make their own taxi booking arrangements.
A Door to Door bus service via volunteers, is also available (subject to availability) as part of our Social Programs (selected activities only).
