This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Personal Care services can assist you with important daily care tasks. We are able to provide direct assistance or support you to do as much as you are able to. We provide support that is tailored to suit your own needs and capabilities. Direct Care Workers will always help you with your personal needs in a sensitive and respectful manner. The frequency of Personal Care services will be discussed with you at the time of setting up your plan. Our Personal Care services can include: Toileting, Showering, Grooming, Dressing, Assistance with eating, Some meal preparation, Escorted Shopping, Limited medical transport, Other assistance to support your independence.
