This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Home Modifications service can help to increase or maintain a safe and secure living environment for consumers who live in the City of Whittlesea. This service assists with the installation of grab rails in the shower / toilet; removal of shower screens; installation of hand held showers; and internal and external hand rails next to steps. Please note: rails will be installed in accordance with the Occupational Therapy assessment. Materials need to be purchased prior to installation - we are able to assist with where to purchase these. An hourly fee applies to these services. Hardship is considered and your enquiries are welcome.
