The Home Maintenance service can help to increase or maintain a safe and secure living environment for consumers who live in the City of Whittlesea. The service gives priority to addressing environmental health and safety hazards. Support includes: slip & trip hazards; change light globes, tap washers; fit smoke detectors, replace batteries; fix/replace door locks; re-ignite pilot light to heaters or hot water services; repair or replace clothes lines; high dusting; install weather seals; place hard rubbish on nature strip etc. Garden maintenance includes prune overhanging branches and other shrubbery when blocking access or creating a hazard. Up to four times per year we can provide a general garden tidy up (spray weeds, mow lawn, whipper snip, prune branches etc.) primarily focused on safety. There is an hourly fee for services and you need to pay for materials, hardship considered. City of Whittlesea do not offer Gutter and window cleaning services.
