South Gippsland Hospital Day Respite Service
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
This service is available for members of the Corner Inlet community aged 65 years and over and provides group respite services on a regular basis. The service is run by a team of Enrolled Nurses and is located in a welcoming, homely centre-based setting. Clients participate in a range of interesting activities designed to suit their individual needs, with all meals provided as part of the service. Each client has access to a fully furnished private room with an ensuite. They can also access other SGH health professionals within the facility, to assist with their ongoing health needs.
