South Gippsland Hospital Day Respite Service
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The South Gippsland Hospital Senior Day Stay program provides clients:
• opportunity to live in their own home or that of a family member, while being supported throughout the day in a combination of a residential care settings and outpatient activities.
• an extended planned day respite service for frail clients with entry level needs
• the option to engage in a social, physical and emotional day program, whilst allowing time to relax, focus on a wellness approach.
• opportunity to connect with community while remaining living at home.
