Community Nursing services expected to commence for high priority community nursing services within 24 hours, low priority within 72 hours. Diabetes nursing services - Urgent - 1 to 2 weeks, less urgent within 8 weeks.
For nursing foot care services, service is currently not available for new referrals. Please investigate other local options.
