Wednesday Arabic group - 10 am - 2 pm, Art Craft, outings, BBQs, gardening, guest presenters, light lunch. Meet at Centre, transport provided for excursions.
Wednesday out and about - 10 am - 2 pm, art galleries, op-shops, markets, picnics and BBQs, sight seeing, light lunch provided. Meet at centre, transport provided for excursions.
Terrific Thursday 10 am - 1 pm, centre based program, Gentle Exercise, gardening, craft, guest presenters, light lunch provided.
Friday - Life's Appreciation Group - 10 am - 2 pm out and about, monthly Morning Melodies, BBQs, art galleries, cultural experiences, transport provided for excursions.
Transport to program within 7 Km radius by prior arrangement subject to space in vehicle.
