Community Care Centre - Gilgandra
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our Community Transport support provides clients with a personal door to door service using buses, cars and wheelchair accessible vehicles. Transport may be social interaction, medical appointments both locally or to the regional centre. Clients can choose group trips to a variety of locations and those living in rural and remote locations are well supported. A regular Monday bus service is available for all residents to the regional centre and taxi vouchers support those who are transport disadvantaged. Vehicles can also be hired for private use.
