Services will be provided according to the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter of Aged Care Rights, and the CHSP guidelines as set out by the Australian Government utilising a Wellness and Reablement model. Services can be delivered in the home, group or hydrotherapy setting depending on assessed needs and service capacity. These services are only available for clients residing in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area.
