This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Social Support program located in Brunswick Heads 5 days per week & Lennox Head on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am - 3pm and Murwillumbah on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am - 3pm. Activities can include art, music, singing, games and gentle exercise that promote social, physical and emotional wellbeing. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea supplied. Transport included to and from the program from most local locations. An opportunity for people who are older or living with dementia to make new friends and enjoy a social day in a culturally safe environment. Fortnightly shopping in Ballina and lunch outings to scenic locations for older frail people to enjoy new and existing friendships.
