St John's Domestic Assistance service can assist you with a variety of household tasks such as; vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, dusting, clothes washing and ironing. We provide flexible, responsive and person centred services valuing people with special needs, appreciating diversity. We will match the consumer and care staff and provide a culturally appropriate staff to support you. We work with you to create a Care plan that’s right for you, maintaining your wellness. Each individuals care plan & services are delivered, monitored, reviewed and reassessed regularly. The Planner develops an understanding of the consumer’s needs, the goals that the consumer has, and a plan with actions that will achieve these goals. St Johns staff undergo training for their role, ensuring quality care services are delivered. St John’s has over 25 years’ experience in aged care services.
