Community Occupational Therapy - North West
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our Occupational Therapists provide clinic services for people who are at risk of, or are having difficulty with everyday tasks. These services may involve advice regarding safety and adapted techniques for tasks, recommendations for home modifications and/or assistive devices and equipment. Following the recent communication from CHSP and the direction not to accept referrals if we cannot action them in a reasonable time we have made the following changes: - Our portal for referrals will remain open and we continue to see clients with urgent needs who we can see in a timely manner. - We will no longer accept and waitlist clients who have routine needs until we are in a position to see them in a three month timeframe.
