Knox City Council - Occupational Therapy
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Occupational Therapy services aim to maximize your safety and independence in your home. This is achieved by providing education in alternative ways of completing tasks, with the use of aides and equipment and/or the prescription of home modifications (refer to Home Modification service below). Occupational Therapists (OTs) conduct home safety assessments for clients and recommend the installation of rails and other modifications to create a safer living environment.
