Rehabilitation program for those who have recently (within 3 months) undergone cardiac surgery or a cardiac event that required medical management. Rehabilitation program may consist of 8 week exercise program that also provides information on common issues that arise following a cardiac event.
Program includes a cardiac nurse and physiotherapist - recommended referrals for both of these disciplines
