City of Sydney Meals on Wheels
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Meals on Wheels delivers healthy meals to clients’ home to not only ensure their nutritional requirements are being met, but to provide regular social contact and a friendly check to see all is well. The service is delivered Mondays to Fridays. This includes deliveries for weekends and public holidays. Meal packages are delivered chilled or frozen so you can heat and serve your meal at a time that suits you. If you don't have a microwave or oven to reheat your meal, hot meal packages can be arranged instead.
