Health education and advocacy (e.g. care plans)
Medication management (e.g. monitor usage)
Observations and assessment (e.g. blood pressure)
Pain and symptom management (e.g. nausea)
Palliative care (in hospital and at home)
Wound care (e.g. changing dressings)
We also have specialised nursing services which are delivered by our Continence Nurse Consultant and Diabetes Educators.
