If referring to both Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy. Please generate 2 referrals. One per service. Referrals are not able to be accepted for both services on the one referral. Estimated wait times:
Physiotherapy: High priority up to 30 days, low priority up to 365 days, Falls Prevention - all clients assessed for suitable falls prevention options.
Occupational Therapy: High priority 2 months minimum, Medium priority 5 months and low priority 365 days.
