Ella Aged Day Centre
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Aged Day Centre provides social support to those who are socially isolated in the community. The program provides stimulation with a focus on well – being and reablement, the opportunities to make new friends and engage with others through social activities and outings. All Social programs for the frail aged and Dementia Specific are provided with transport to and from the Centre in The Ella Centre's large Commuter Bus (with wheelchair access). The program often participates in activities in the community and monthly outings to venues within the Sydney region. Morning tea, hot lunch and afternoon tea are provided every day. Cost is $22.00 per session and $30.00 for outings. Fees can be negotiated for any experiencing financial hardship
Aged Day Centre 1 – Monday & Tuesday Frail Aged and Thursday Italian group.
Aged Day Centre 1 - Wednesday and Friday - Program for people with mild dementia.
