This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Australian GEAT2GO is the National program supplying Equipment and Technology across all areas of Australia with the aim of maintaining or increasing independence for Commonwealth Home Support Program consumers. The aim of the service is not only to supply required goods but also to ensure these goods and equipment meet the goals consumers are trying to achieve through advice and support.
Most goods require an Occupational Therapist prescription however smaller items are able to be referred through your assessing agency.
To access the GEAT2GO program, Occupational Therapists and assessors are able to request equipment for eligible consumers through GEAT2GO.org.au
